NB: JAMB REGULARIZATION IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL EVENING STUDENTS (HND & ND)

This information is very important to all direct evening students.

Kindly go to any jamb center around you and say you are given evening admission in a school and you have been asked to come and do jamb regularization.

If they don't understand, tell them you were given part time admission and you have been asked to come and do jamb regularization. 

They will understand, once you do it, let me know

The following are requirements you need for clearance at the Admissions office of The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CLEARANCE FOR 2023/2024 ADMISSION EXERCISE ND FULL TIME

I am pleased to inform you that you are being considered for provisional admission to pursue a course of study leading to the award of a ND degree in The Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti for the 2023/2024 session.

However, in order to secure the admission, you need to meet the following requirements:

1.The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti (FPA) Post UTME Screening result slip

2. Online Application form

3. Original copy of O’Level Certificate.  (Note: Where Certificate is not ready, Statement of  O’Level result, Broadsheet and Online Printout is required (Signed &Stamped)

4. JAMB/UTME Score print-out

5. Change of Institution/Course to Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti as choice Institution (If applicable)

6. Admission Status print-out (via JAMB CAPS/Access my CAPS/Admission Status)

7. JAMB Admission letter

8. FPA Admission letter

9. My Biodata printout (via JAMB CAPS)

10. A dozen (12) recent passport photographs of normal size

11. Seven (7) photocopies each of all the above arranged in the set order

PLEASE ARRANGE THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AND THE SEVEN (7) SETS OF PHOTOCOPIES IN THE ABOVE ORDER

Please note that after clearance, you will be required to immediately pay an Acceptance fee of #45,000:00 (excluding charges).  Do not join any Whatsapp/Telegram or online group for Admission consideration. Be wary of any personnel or group promising you admission, rather get your authentic information from the school website www.fedpolyado.edu.ng or the Admissions Office of the Institution. Report the phone numbers of the Administrators and names of such groups to the contact details stated below. Also, be careful of unscrupulous individuals who may promise to help you with your admission clearance processes.
